A verstile multi-purpose sport facility, the Aquatics and Recreation Center (ARC) is home to the Armstrong volleyball team, which has earned eight NCAA Championships berths in the last 11 seasons. The space has a seating capacity of approximately 1,000 possesses a wireless sound system complete with Bose speakers, and can accommodate two regulation size volleyball courts and five badminton courts. The bleachers were refurbished in the spring of 2008 and the court was repainted and resurfaced for fall of 2011. An integral part of the Health and Physical Education and campus recreation programs, a cariety of courses and activites are conducted in the facility, some of which include badminon, aerobic dance, and yoga. Also located within the facility is a six lane, 25-yard indoor pool.
